Megan Carty is a contemporary abstract artist based in the Boston area. Returns Policy

It is my honor to work with you to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new art! If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along photos so that I can file an insurance claim). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).

If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the painting. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value). If you would like to see how a painting might look in your space before purchasing feel free to take a nice photo of the space straight-on and email it to me. I will need the measurements of the wall as well. I will Photoshop the painting in at scale so you can see how it would look realistically.

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.

Float-framed canvas prints: Our products arrive ready to hang and are intended to be displayed as constructed. Any alterations, such as adding a D-ring to a canvas print, void the product warranty. Please note that refunds, credits, or replacements cannot be provided for items that have been modified.
We do not issue refunds for buyers’ remorse. Please be sure of your size needs before you purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with your order number within 4 months of receiving it so we can assist with a replacement. If possible, include photos that clearly show the issue on the product as well as the shipping materials. Replacements take 4–6 business days to produce and will be shipped using the same service level you selected for your original order, standard or expedited shipping. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process replacements for items reported after the 4-month timeframe.

Gift Products (fulfilled by Printful in partnership): Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Megan Carty Art. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, Megan Carty would become liable for any returned shipments Megan Carty receives.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
