Turn Off Trouble, 8x10" Bluebird Abstract Painting
This beautiful bluebird is all of us; growing and evolving with each day. In fact, I’m using that bird as a symbol for our souls. In the painting, a swath of pink acts as a soothing cloud of happiness to sweep the troubles away. Could this be from meditation? Drugs? Alcohol? A nap? A sudden change of fortune? A mindset shift? I use color and composition and line to create a poetic “portrait” of the soul in a moment of time. I love to show a mood of celebration and power…the soul’s evolving wins and losses as lessons learned.
